Isn't it funny how some PM will fit in Mattel clothes and others don't. My White Body Molly doesn't fit in Mattel clothes, but then again neither does my Kaya, Jess, or #4 (mattel). Guess all my dolls PM and mattel have big bodies and a little overwieght! lol

of my PM dolls, only Lissie is what I would call chubby. my WB Sam and Charlotte, 1995 AGOT, are both average.

It's funny because when I see naked dolls on ebay now, that's one thing I think about--if they look chubby or slim!
Kit is very chubby and first edition Addy is chubby, too, but not as much as Kit.

I have a WB Sam, who I have no problem fitting into any clothes-shoes or anything. Could she be slimmer then the others?
Her hair is nice and soft-but how would you go about recurling it? It lost most of its curl

Some of the PM dolls are slimmer. My WB Molly has no trouble fitting into the mattel clothing. I've heard someone say that it was the dolls in the 90's that were chunkier. I had an early 90's PM Samantha that was very chunky. She couldn't fit into the talent show dress no matter how I tried. Good luck with that, Joy!
You can use the pink foam rollers to recurl her hair. Just mist it with water and curl. Let it set overnight and by morning you should have beautiful curls.

DD's Sam is from 1993, and she fits into all of the Mattel clothing! Weird!
I use the pink foam rollers to restore curl...

I have a 1991 Felicity and a 1991 Samantha (purchased by my sister and me in 1991). The Felicity is very chunky--her own PM clothes purchased in the early 90's do not fit her well unless she is wearing her stays tightly laced. The Samantha is very thin--she is my thinnest doll. Her own clothes and current clothes all gap on her. Her body is squishier too and can be kind of bent in the middle (like she doesn't *quite* have enough stuffing). I have always found it funny that they are so different and yet from the same generation of dolls!
